A major truck fleet in the Quad Cities brought in a B-series Cummins engine and requested a detailed estimate, and then authorized us to proceed. Shortly afterward, they brought another and again requested an estimate prior to authorizing us to proceed. After these first two units, they continued to bring in more engines and merely told us to proceed without the prior estimating.
