All of our manifolds are constructed using TIG welding processes, including FULL PENETRATION and backpurging. We use CRS 1018 1/2″ thick flanges and 8 guage 304 stainless steel (316 stainless can be had upon request). Because of this, all LoveFab manifolds come with a lifetime warranty on cracking (original buyer only). Do not fret though, our total failure rate is around 1.6%, which to our knowledge has been untouched by any other manifold production company in the business
